Farmland has quietly been one of the most stable long-term asset classes on the planet. Tokenization opens the door for individual investors — not just funds and institutions — to participate.
You don't need to buy the whole farm — just a slice of it.
Farmland has historically been a stable, inflation-resistant asset.
Tokenized shares can potentially be traded rather than locked in for years.
See performance and distributions on-chain, backed by third-party audits.
Every token is backed by actual land and crop operations.
Earn from both appreciation and revenue without doing the farming.
Investing feels closer to opening a brokerage account than navigating crypto. You sign up, verify your identity, fund your account, choose your farm(s), and receive your tokens.
Farmland is a real asset, but every investment carries risk — including weather, market prices, and operational risks specific to each farm. Any investment opportunity offered will be accompanied by official offering documents. Nothing on this site is financial or legal advice.
Institutional farmland indices such as NCREIF have tracked the asset class for decades, and the long-run pattern is consistent: income from the land plus appreciation, with volatility that has historically been lower than public equities. Past performance never guarantees future results, and our offerings are new.
An illustrative model only. Adjust the inputs to understand the shape of the return — not a projection or a promise.
Illustrative only. Figures are user-selected assumptions, not projections, offers, or guarantees. Actual results may be lower, including a total loss of principal.
A short explainer covering how a farm is structured, how shares are issued, and how investors and farmers each get paid.

$500. Larger allocations are welcome, and some offerings may set their own minimums or investor eligibility rules depending on jurisdiction.
A standard identity check: government ID, proof of address, and basic source-of-funds questions. It usually takes a few minutes and is required by regulation before you can subscribe to any offering.
We intend to accept investors from many countries, but eligibility depends on local securities law. Each offering states exactly who may participate, and the waitlist form lets us tell you when your country is covered.
Two ways: distributions from lease or crop revenue while you hold, and any change in the value of the underlying land when it is sold or revalued. Neither is guaranteed.
Each offering discloses its own fee schedule — typically a one-time structuring fee and an ongoing management fee — in the official documents before you commit. No hidden spreads.
Tokenized shares are designed to be transferable, and we intend to support a compliant secondary market. Until that market exists and has real depth, you should treat any investment as illiquid and long-term.
Distributions can fall or stop. Weather, disease, commodity prices, and operator issues all affect results. Insurance and diligence reduce some risks but cannot eliminate them, and you may lose part or all of your principal.
It depends on your country of residence and the structure of the specific offering. We provide the reporting documentation available for each vehicle, but we don't give tax advice — please speak to your own advisor.
Priority access for early waitlist members. No commitment, no payment — just first look and clear information.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any offering will be made only through official offering documents to eligible investors in permitted jurisdictions. Tokenized farmland investments are speculative and illiquid, involve substantial risk including complete loss of principal, and are not bank deposits or insured by any government agency. Illustrative figures, pipeline farms, waitlist counts, and partner references shown on this site are examples and placeholders for information purposes only and do not represent completed transactions or investment results. Past performance of farmland as an asset class does not predict future results. Please consult your own legal, tax, and financial advisors.
